A 39 year-old present with pupillary block glaucoma after implantation of a phakic posterior chamber IOL (ICL). Systemic (carboanhydrase inhibitor and mannitol) and topical (B inhibitor) drug application and surgical intervention (Nd:YAG laser iridotomy) did not achieve a suffcient IOP decrease.
